The Upper Penthouse at The Perigon
A Sophisticated Sanctuary Above Sea

The Upper Penthouse at The Perigon
Set on Level 18 at The Perigon Miami Beach, the Upper Penthouse brings OMA’s oceanfront architecture, interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, and landscape by Gustafson Porter + Bowman into a private composition above Miami Beach. Sunrise and sunset terraces frame the Atlantic, Biscayne Bay, and the evening skyline, while the plan moves from gallery arrival to great room, pool terrace, and primary retreat with the scale of a coastal estate.
The Team
The Final Commission

The Team
The Perigon is composed by OMA, Office for Metropolitan Architecture, founded by Rem Koolhaas, with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners and landscape architecture by Gustafson Porter + Bowman. The collaboration gives the address an institutional lineage, pairing sculptural oceanfront geometry, interiors of measured restraint, and shoreline landscape with capital backing from Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group.
The Residences
Boundless Space, Unparalleled Craftsmanship

The Residences
The Perigon is limited to 73 private residences and eight guest suites, each oriented to the Atlantic and served by direct private elevator arrival. Ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glazing, 10-to-12-foot-deep terraces, custom Italian kitchens, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, natural-stone primary baths, and walk-in wardrobes establish a disciplined baseline of scale. The Upper Penthouse extends that language with four principal bedroom suites, staff quarters, a chef’s kitchen, service circulation, and spaces for formal reception, media, games, and late-evening entertaining.
Location
An Unrivaled Enclave

Location
The Perigon occupies 200 linear feet of private shoreline in Miami Beach, a Collins Avenue oceanfront position defined by sand frontage and Atlantic orientation. Miami’s private aviation network, international banking corridors, family office infrastructure, and members’ club ecosystem remain close, while the coast itself stays discreet, controlled, and finite.
The Final Masterpiece
Architecture & Vision

The Final Masterpiece
OMA’s architecture gives The Perigon a sculptural glass silhouette, with deep terraces drawing light, ocean, and horizon into each interior sequence. Within the Upper Penthouse, Tara Bernerd & Partners layers travertine, walnut, plaster, Verde Alpi marble, Calacatta Borghini, Calacatta Verde Monet, fluted glass, dark bronze, and tailored stonework into a palette of quiet material weight. The great room bar, chef’s kitchen, midnight bar, marble bath, and fitted dressing rooms are resolved through joinery, cove lighting, integrated glass shelving, and bronze detailing.
